| The problem has been solved. ----------------- Since today, Tuesday 27.05.2025 the device and license management system AMS (ams.desy.de) is not available due to technical problems. During this time, it will not be possible to order software and hardware via https://ams.desy.de. Likewise, the use of some web-based forms via https://forms.desy.de will not be possible. Affected forms are - UCO loan form, - repair form and - Disposal notification for IT equipment. The reason for this is that the affected forms request data from the AMS. A solution is being worked on with high pressure. Caused by: User authentication currently not possible |
