On Tuesday, 17.10.2023, between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., the DESY Sync & Share central storage service will be unavailable.

Please read this information completely. After the maintenance work, there are important changes that you should notice.

Before maintenance
===========
* If you need data from storage areas of the service during maintenance, be sure to download or synchronize them by the start of maintenance.

* Please close all open documents in OnlyOffice before,
as during the maintenance Only Office will be replaced by Collabora Online.

* If you are using WebDAV, please create a so-called app password on DESY Sync & Share and use this in the future to establish the connection.

After maintenance
===========
* After maintenance, logging in to the web service is only possible by entering the DESY user data and a one-time password (MFA):

* Please log out and log in again from all devices and browsers:

Caused by: Version update, switch to Collabora and change of the login procedure
