| The problem has been solved. ----------------- On Thursday, June 13, 2024, there was a major crash of parts of the dCache system at approx. 18:00 with effects until approx. 9:00 today. All dCache storage instances were affected. This means that the storage paths under /pnfs/desy.de were not accessible and problems could still occur very occasionally. No data was lost, as the problem was not related to the storage itself, but to an auxiliary service required for operation. The service is now back online and access to the data should be possible again. Caused by: Crash of the configuration management |
