The problem has been solved.

-----------------

Since Monday, 22.7.24 there have been problems with the DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) in the DMZ (demilitarized zone).

The following networks/vlans are affected:

Netze Vlans
131.169.4.0/24 4
131.169.5.0/24 5
131.169.6.0/24 6
131.169.7.0/24 7
131.169.10.0/24 10
131.169.10.67/27 303
131.169.10.195/27 315
131.169.10.35/28 411

The firewall is probably not forwarding any DHCP broadcasts.
DHCP renews (renewals/extensions) should not be affected.

For this reason, no new installations can be carried out in the DMZ networks at the moment. Restarting computers in the DMZ can also lead to problems if the computers do not have a static IP address configured.

We are working on a solution to this problem.
